Sons of the American Legion (SAL) - The Sons of the American Legion was established in September 1932. They are a program with over 5, 489 sons of the American Legion Squadrons located throughout the United States. Their goal is to support our nation's veterans and their families as well as support the American Legion. The sons of the American Legion annually contributes over $2.4 million in cash and goods to our nation's veterans in VA facilities with over 258,000 volunteer hours each year.
